Let’s take a closer look at Stop-Motion
Stop-Motion is a type of animation which brings static objects to life on screen. You could use clay figures, Lego, paper-cuts out, puppets or even people. The possibilities are endless.
You do this by placing the object in-front of a camera, taking a photo, then moving it just a tiny bit. When we string these images (frames) together, they give the illusion of movement. The further you move the object, the faster it will appear to travel.
